A site inspection completed by Risk Management Safety Ltd is designed to give clients a snapshot of Health and Safety compliance on their construction sites. We are based in London and can provide these consultancy services across the UK to a range of construction sites.

We prefer to be accompanied around the site by the site management team. This gives us the opportunity to discuss the works being completed on site and report any major issues straight away. At the end of the health and safety inspection our consultants will always discuss the report in full.

Each inspection contains a detailed action plan of the health and safety control measures to be implemented on your site by you or your sub-contractors.

Construction phase plan. The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM Regulations) are intended to ensure that health and safety issues are properly considered during a project’s development so that the risk of harm to those who have to build, use and maintain structures is reduced.

If your construction project in the UK lasts more than 30 days, with more than 20 workers working at the same time, or involving 500 person days’ work, the HSE need to be notified using the F10.

Risk Management Safety Ltd can compile your Construction Phase Plan prior to works starting on site. Once appointed, we will visit the site and, when in possession of the pre-construction information, complete your plan. We can even assist in the up keep of this document throughout the construction phase.
